This “Contribution to Organisation” Award recognises Mr Ghazlan Bin Ghazali’s contribution to the development of skill training institutes. 

For more than 25 years, Encik Ghazlan has been passionately committed to the development of technical and vocational education in organisations directly or indirectly impacting young Malaysians. His vast experience in managing skill training institutes covers such centres as the Advance Technology Centre (ADTEC) and Centre for Instructor Advance Skill Training (CIAST). Through such responsibilities, he has been instrumental to the modernization of skills training delivery in Malaysia, directly and indirectly raising the standards of organisational development. 

Encik Ghazlan’s contribution in this area of managing and modernizing skills training delivery is in direct support of the government’s effort to be move to “developed” status. His work is therefore of national importance for an economy that aspiring to become developed. 

The Asia HRD Congress 2011 Awards Committee is delighted to honour Encik Ghazlan Bin Ghazali for his outstanding contribution to development of skill training institute in Malaysia.
