Contribution to Organisation
2011
This “Contribution to Organisation” Award recognises Mr. Achmad Ardianto’s contribution to the Human Resources System transformation.

Holding a MBA degree from Twente University, The Netherlands, years of rich experience, and being a member of number of important Indonesian professional organisations, Achmad Ardianto has put himself in a unique position to offer innovative and practical directions to his organisation.

Since he became a Human Resources Director in 2008, he has devoted his passion, time, thoughts and efforts to building excellent human capital in Antam. He is single-mindedly and strategically focused on finding ways to achieve “Antam Vision 2020”. To do this, he has developed the “Antam Human Resources Vision in 2015”. This vision aims to achieve Human Capital Excellence (BEST). To begin with, there will be a new Remuneration System to be implemented in September 2011 based on 3 p’s i.e. “position, personal and performance”.

He, together with the Board of Directors, has been working hard to re-shape the existing Antam values to become PIONEER to reflect new values i.e. the values of “Professionalism, Integrity, Harmony, Excellence and Reputation”. This value re-orientation is to achieve the “BEST” in Human Capital which stands for “Beyond Expectation, Environmental Awareness, and Synergized Partnership”. These innovative deep changes carried out in Antam will ensure the achievement of “Antam Vision 2020”, i.e. to become a global mining-based company with healthy growth and world-class standards. They have the power to influence other organisations.

The Asia HRD Congress 2011 Awards Committee is delighted to honour Mr. Achmad Ardianto for his contribution to Human Resource transformation.
