Contribution to Organisation
The ‘Contribution to Organisation’ award recognizes Indonesia Port Corporation III’s significant human capital investment to drive a fundamental shift in organizational perspective and business strategy. 

Pelindo 3 has invested heavily in its human resources through a Roadmap of Human Capital Development and Strategy to increase employee development and competency enhancement with a number of far-reaching programmes. These cover the full workforce, ranging from sending young staff to attend Master’s programmes in Europe to offering staff near retirement further learning programmes to build their capabilities. 

These programmes have demonstrably built employee satisfaction and retention and also customer satisfaction while also leading to a new organizational perspective on the importance of its human capital.
