The 'Contribution to HR Community' award recognizes Mr Atul Dhavle for his efforts in facilitating an empowered environment and collaborative workspace by putting value in teamwork, encouraging individual excellence and creative thinking. 

His primary focus was to build an environment where people are empowered and collaborative workspaces. He integrated the Theory of Constraint, Self Directed Work Teams and spear headed group initiatives towards that goal. 

His focus has encouraged employees to do things differently in the best possible way. The institutionalize system allowed employees to think and act creatively while valuing teamwork that acknowledging individual excellence.
