The Contribution to the HR Community Award recognises Ms. Eva Wong for her work in Coaching that has impacted the HR profession positively. 

Ms. Eva Wong has been a great influence in the development of people in China. This award recognises her contributions to people development in the Coaching field in China and greater Asia. 

Ms. Eva Wong completed post graduate studies in the Leadership Programme for Educators at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a Masters in Counselling from the University of New England, Australia. 

She contributed in an exceptional way with the publication of her book on the REN Coaching Model©, The Power of REN, China's Coaching Phenomenon. This was her first English book published with Wiley & Sons. 

Her significant achievements include being appointed to the committee of the Devoted Chinese Patriots Organisation and being awarded the 2006 award for the top 10 most influential people for their contribution to a harmonious society in China. Besides being elected as one of China's 100 Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs by the China Women's Federation and China Alliance of Women Entrepreneurs, she was awarded the President's Award by the International Coach Federation.
