The ‘Contribution to HR Community’ award recognises Mr. Robert Yeo for building a new model for STADA which today is a basis of engaging the professional community for lifelong learning.

For the first five years of his tenure, STADA has gone through a transformation by the setting up of the “Four Engines” to develop and assist the members on their life-long learning journey.

The STADA model is now becoming a benchmark for other similar organisations in Asia Pacific for building professional communities. It is a sustainable model based on building strong foundations. 

The Asia HRD Awards Committee is honoured to bestow upon Mr. Robert Yeo the Contribution to HR Community Award 2016 for developing a robust developmental model for the professional community.
