Contribution to Organisation
2016

The ‘Contribution to Organisation’ award recognises Human Resources Development Fund for serving as a catalyst to maximise people potential.

In fulfilling the nation's aspiration to attain the status of a developed country by the year 2020, the HRDF was established in 1993 with the aim of developing quality human capital and a world-class workforce in order to achieve a high income economy based on knowledge and innovation.

HRDF is administered by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), an Agency under the Ministry of Human Resources, via the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act, 2001.

HRDF has consistently and continuously supported the nation’s growth by working with all stakeholders particularly the employers’ to ensure the training and retraining of the nation’s human capital is proactive.

The Asia HRD Awards Committee is honoured to bestow upon Human Resources Development Fund the Contribution to Organisation Award 2016 for being the catalyst to develop the nation’s human capital.
