Contribution to Organisation

The “Contribution to Organisation” award recognises Cyberview for its pioneering work on building a transformational culture within Cybverview that helped it grow from a mere land owner to a Tech Hub Enabler.

Cyberview has instituted a HIP (Honesty, Integrity, Passion) model for employees who work hand in hand with its customers to present effective solutions . 

Cyberview has pioneered an open culture initiative in Cyberview with dedicated spaces to increase social interaction for staff at work resulting higher performance and productivity. Their culture cascade programme has helped to guide the employees to internalize the vision and values of the company.

The Asia HRD Awards Committee is honoured to bestow upon Cyberview Sdn Bhd the “Contribution to Organisation Award 2017” for its work on implementing a transformational culture to create value for its stakeholders.
