Convex Malaysia has instituted a successful HR scorecard programme to help the development of people, their skills and capabilities to impact business performance. The leadership competency framework instituted to develop High potential leaders internally and a skills matrix program to increase new hire performance that aligns with quality and customer requirements has increased productivity. Their continuous performance improvement framework has made a substantial impact to the organisational bottom line.
